workplaces to some degree over the world. The causes are very similar in public
and private sector in every part of the world. This has relations with
earnings, job security, type of work, hours of work, work timing work
conditions and environment. According to Locke(1993), job dissatisfaction is a
negative emotional state resulting from not apprising ones job or experience.
In any organization both employers and employees have expectations. When these
expectations are not matched employees complains that their bossed are selfish
and employers complain that workers are not productive or well wishing their
own company. People do not work just for the sake of money though that is the
main motivation. The career advancement , delegation of authority and
responsibility and the feeling of appreciation are key elements of
employee expectations. Job stress, unpleasant working conditions, long
hours, monotony, ineffective supervision, insufficient training, poor internal
communication, lack of recognition, rising costs, law payment and shrinking
benefits induce the job dissatisfaction.
- Workforce Productivity
Dissatisfied employees tend to spend less time focusing on their
duties and more time discussing with family, friends and coworkers why they are
unhappy at work. Lack of motivation and attention to detail are the results of
such employees which create law productivity. This in long term reduces the
profit of the organization.
- Law Profitability

Productivity and profit of the company has a correlation in between and if one tends to fail the latter will also fail. The human resource, equipment and procedures bear a cost to do a production. If the cost increases that reduce the profit margin of the organization. So in adjusting it some managers tend to implement salary cuts. Yet creating a cultural solution to mitigate it is the role of every leader.
- Customer Dissatisfaction
Customer retention and satisfaction decrease with unhappy
employees. Customer experience with the organization mainly depends on the
staff that he contact with the staff member s not in a satisfied condition that
will never create a satisfied customer.

When employees are terminated or resign, turnover analyses reveal
that overall dissatisfaction is the cause fir poor performance. When looking
for a new place that appreciate their performances employees slips into
patterns of poor performance or quit. Turnover is costly and when it increase
it encourages other employees to practice the same..
Employees are the face of an organization. Glory of an
organization depends on the behavior of its employees, empathy and
performance. Improving employee satisfaction can work wonders for the way
a business is viewed by competitors, customers’ clients and people interested
in working for you. Employee dissatisfaction impacts the ability to reach
certain business markets as well as ability to recruit qualified professionals
effecting tremendous impact on your reputation and success.
- Repeated Mistakes which Leads to unhealthy Work Environments
With dissatisfied employees the quality of work tends to drop and employee will not worry much on consequences. Distracted and inaccurate employees cost a lot of financial and emotional damage in working environment. Each and every employee has a different personality and style in approaching work. Coworkers with high variances tend to work for a common goal and if they are not satisfied it leads to arguments and even for fewer corporations with one another resulting unhealthy disturbed work environment.
